- Branch lines; frozen lines; any tanks or appliances; unusual circumstances, including pandemics, hostilities and work slowdowns, acts of God, including natural disasters and extreme weather; loss from unauthorized access or use of any system or any destruction or deletion of data or software; excluded damages, including any damages necessary to reasonably access the repair area; correction of, or reimbursement for, any repairs or restorations made by you or anyone you hire; repairs or replacements when no operational failure has occurred; replacement, correction upgrade or move in order to meet any code, law, regulation, ordinance or utility directive; repair or replacement of any system covered by a manufacturer's warranty, service contract or insurance policy or involved in a manufacturer's recall or class action; remediating or notifying you about mold or other hazardous materials; shared sections that provide service to multiple properties or secondary buildings; any section that is shared with a third party or is covered by a homeowners', condominium, or like association; and repair or replacement of any sections or parts that are not stated to be covered in the Terms and Conditions. Costs on covered repairs may exceed the benefit limit, in which case you pay the difference between the cost and the benefit limit. Disputes resolved by arbitration, without class action or jury trial, unless otherwise stated in your full Terms and Conditions.

What quality of repair can I expect?
Local, licensed and insured contractors perform covered repairs, which are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel within 30 days of your start date for a full refund (less any claims paid, where applicable). Cancellations after the first 30 days will be effective at the end of the then-current billing month, and you will be entitled to a pro-rata refund less any claims paid (where applicable). You may also contact SLWA to cancel if you find your utility or municipality provides similar coverage to you at no charge, and you will receive a refund less any claims paid (where applicable).
Utility Service Partners Private Label, Inc., known as Service Line Warranties of America (“SLWA”), with corporate offices located at 4000 Town Center Boulevard, Suite 400, Canonsburg, PA 15317, is an independent company separate from your local utility or community and offers this optional service plan as an authorized representative of the service contract provider, North American Warranty, Inc., 175 West Jackson Blvd., Chicago, IL 60604. Your choice of whether to purchase this plan will not affect any service you have with your local utility or community. Your local utility or community and SLWA entered into an agreement to introduce these plans.
